Advanced Training

Advanced obedience training is a fun way to exercise and challenge your dog both mentally and physically. After you have completed one of our Basic Obedience training programs, you are ready for Advanced Obedience training. This training consists of off leash training and can be done by private lessons or through our Train & Stay program.  

Group advanced obedience class is a great way to maintain and progress on all the obedience training you have dedicated to your dog. We meet at our training facility once a week. Come & learn new advanced training commands. Class will include agility and off-leash obedience exercises.  All dogs must have completed one of our obedience programs or be evaluated by one of our trainers. 

We will prepare you and your dog for the AKC Canine Good Citizen Evaluation by reviewing the 10 requirements needed for your dog to achieve the American Kennel Club (AKC) Canine Good Citizen certification. Having the Canine Good Citizens certificate is helpful when trying to rent an apartment, and can be helpful as well when seeking homeowners insurance.  CGC certification is a requirement if you want certify your dog as a therapy dog. 

Want to give back to your community? Our Therapy Dog training program will help you and your dog to achieve the Therapy Dog certification by reviewing the requirements needed to pass the examination.  We will prepare you and your dog for the Therapy Dog certification by training your dog to be accustomed to crutches, wheelchairs, walkers, loud noises, etc. The experience of sharing your dog with others by visiting hospitals, nursing homes and other similar facilities, will be extremely rewarding to not only your dog, but to you as well.  For pricing and more information, please contact us.

Agility training is a fun way to exercise and challenge your pet both mentally and physically. Our trainers will teach your pet to navigate an obstacle course, building confidence and coordination.
